According to the BBB, this prestigious award recognizes Rehab Medical’s commitment to building a culture of trust through clarity of purpose, empowering employees, and creating opportunities for growth.
These commitments can be seen through the company’s dedicated employee development and engagement team who focus on improving the lives of its employees as well as its numerous territory expansions that have created career growth and development opportunities nationwide.

Since the onboarding of Rehab Medical’s employee development and engagement team, employees have been able to take advantage of four life improving programs:
Core Value Program
The core value program allows employees to be nominated by their peers on a monthly basis when they exemplify any one of the company’s three core values. Nominees are recognized through internal newsletters and being awarded core value pins, all of which culminates with a chance to win an all-expenses paid trip at the end of the year.
Financial Wellness Program
The financial wellness program provides employees with access to free financial resources for debt reduction, tuition reimbursement, or establishing good financial habits.
Leadership Development Program
The leadership development program allows new and emerging leaders the opportunity to refine their leadership skills and pave the way for more career development opportunities.
Mentorship Program
The mentorship program helps new employees get acclimated to a new workplace and develop more effectively during the onboarding phase of employment.

When it comes to opportunities for growth, the company branched out into more than a dozen locations over the last three years. Tennessee, Louisiana, and North Carolina were among the company’s most significant office additions as it marked the company’s first presence in those respective states. This growth, along with other milestones achieved, helped Rehab Medical to also reclaim a spot on the Inc 5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies list.

Recipients of the BBB Torch Award for Ethics are selected by an independent panel of voluntary judges, comprised of business and community leaders. They review, evaluate, and select winners who best fit the criteria.
"The culture at Rehab Medical is unmatched," said Rehab Medical Insurance Review Manager Samantha Drinkwine Cook. "During the Summer of 2023, my fiancé at the time, and I could not find a pastor! We live in Indiana but were getting married in my hometown in Minnesota, we looked everywhere! One of our sales managers who is a pastor, volunteered to help. He flew all the way from Florida to Minnesota to conduct our marriage ceremony.
