Rehab Medical Invests in Employee Growth with New Employee Engagement and Development Director

Rehab Medical, Inc., a national complex rehab technology (CRT) company, appointed Julie Klarich, Ed. D. as director of employee development and engagement to enhance its employee development initiatives. Klarich will lead the charge of enriching initiatives including the Your Better Self initiative which was launched in 2020.


“Having a great company starts with having great employees,” -- said President Kevin Gearheart. “We have invested a lot of time and energy coming up with some great initiatives geared toward employee development and engagement and now we have someone who is a perfect fit to lead these initiatives.”

For more than a decade Klarich has provided professional development, organizational leadership, and relationship management consultations through intrinsic motivations, organizational analyses and remediations, professional coaching, and strategic planning. Calling upon her unique skill sets acquired while working as an associate training consultant at Eli Lilly and her most recent role as director of affiliate relations at Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance, Klarich intends to bridge her healthcare knowledge and professional development training to create a rich employee experience.

Rehab Medical’s Your Better Self Program is designed to enrich employee’s minds, health, and souls. The mind pillar works to develop employee skills through various training programs such as the Leadership Exploration and Development (L.E.A.D) program and mentorship programs dedicated to coaching new hires in the first six months.
